This place is the best. If there were 10 stars I'd give them 10. I talked to them on the phone, texted pictures of my truck to see if was fixable. Ben was happy to spend as much time on the phone as I needed to understand and make an educated decision. He was very prompt returning texts and calls, did an appraisal over the phone before I decided to tow my truck there. And in the end, he didn't take very long to get my truck back to me, and the bill was exactly what he quoted me. If you're looking for honest people doing good work and great communication, this is the place. Call him and have a conversation, you'll find out for yourself he listens, makes suggestions, but in the end only wants to do what you want him to do. No pressure, but advise given if asked for.
