I hit a herd of deer and did some pretty decent damage to my front end. The prices were absolutely fair and he was very transparent about the time frame and I had my car back within that time frame! I cannot tell you how irritating it is to be told one thing and then told “oh sorry, it’s going to be longer.” Not the case here! Brandi was so sweet and responsive and they just make a great team and run a phenomenal business! I have already been recommending them to everyone I know. Very thankful for them! I had another issue pop up after the repairs were done with an oil leak and Ben got me to their mechanic and their mechanic fixed the issue same day! Totally separate issue from the accident, but being that I hit several deer I was afraid it was much worse than it actually was. Matt got me fixed up same day and was just awesome to work with as well! Took my Chevy S10 in there to get some body work done, as I’m redoing the entire truck. Both Ben, and I believe it is his wife, were excellent to deal with. They got the info they needed over the phone to get me scheduled, and then finalized things once the truck was there. They had it done before the date I needed it, and it ended up costing less than the estimate. I’ll be taking it back to get additional work done in the near future. A 60-foot flatbed truck ran across the front of my 2003 Buick in March of 2023. First, I took it to Hammers Autoworks and the guy looked at it and said, "totaled can't help you and walked away." Then I took it to Barkers Frame & Collision, and they said they would not be able to find parts because of the cars age and that the paint would not be able to be matched. Then they quoted a ridiculous price. I found Ben's Collision online a year later, told him my story and he asked me to send pictures. I did and within 30 minutes he called and said he could fix it, but it might take a few weeks to find the parts. That was March 1, 2024. April 1, 2024, Brandy called and said my car was done. The job is PERFECT! Paint matches perfect and you can't tell the old paint from the new paint. Plus, Ben did the work for 1/3 of what Barker's quoted me. Only 5 stars was allowed on this, but I would give him 1,000 stars. Ben, Brandy and the rest of the team are awesome!
